Here is a Halloween Craft for all your littles ! Went online and found a ghost shape! Cut it out. The glued the regular paper to some scrapbook paper to make it sturdy and give it a fun back. Next, I had Kolton take a glue stick and glue cotton balls until completely full. I then asked him what kind of face he wanted on his ghost and he told me a scary/angry face. I drew the mouth and the eyes on regular paper and had him glue them where he wanted. VIOLA! COTTON BALL GHOST!
