At my 6 week apt today I was FINALLY given the OK to get back into the gym! I’ve been tediously doing my Glute Recovery and Ab Rehab routine and I’m ready to get my hands on some weights!
A week after I had Tieghan I posted a photo of my bodies own progression, tomorrow I’ll post a side by side of that picture and my current physique. If you’ve followed me before I was pregnant then you know I was incredibly dedicated to CrossFit and due to a not so easy pregnancy I haven’t been in the gym in a few months.. more like closer to a year 😔. I’m so excited to get back to feeling like myself and sharing my post-pregnancy fitness journey with you guys! Now I just need to find the time 🤷🏽♀️
