It’s movie night in the Hernandez house this evening and we’re all super excited!! We recently updated one of our extra bedrooms into a comic/movie room. Tonight will be our first time watching a flick in our fancy new movie recliners. We’re going all out tonight, folks. I busted out the popcorn machine and grabbed a ton of candy from the Dollar Tree. All that’s left to do is decide what movie we’ll be watching. Patrick mentioned something about wanting to watch the horror film, Insidious 3, when I brought it up. Curly hair, don’t care!! I’ve spent the last 7 months nurturing and loving on my curly locks. It’s been a process to say the least. If you can’t tell from the pictures, I HAVE A TON OF HAIR!! Saturday morning workout in the books! You might have noticed I haven’t posted many workout pictures in my stories lately. You might have also noticed that I’ve been sounding a little congested too. All three of us have been fighting a cold for over a week at this point but I think we’re finally on the mend, thank goodness! We listened to our bodies and rested up, but now that we’re starting to feeling better, we jumped right back in it. And I gotta tell ya, it feels so good to be sweating again. Day Two in the books.🏋️‍♀️

It’s #thirstythursday and today I have an awesome CINNAMON ROLL COCKTAIL to share with you. Using Fireball Whiskey and Cream Soda, you can actually recreate the flavors of a cinnamon roll in liquid form...who knew!🧡🧡🧡

Cinnamon Roll Cocktail
*3/4 cup of cream soda
*1/4 cup of Fireball Whiskey
*whipped cream and cinnamon (optional for garnish but highly recommended!)
Add ice to a glass and pour in your cream soda and Fireball. Give it a stir. Drink as is or add whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish!🤤

*Note!!! If you’re afraid of the Fireball whiskey, start with a splash and taste it. Add more if desired. You can always add more but you can’t take it out so be careful.👍🏼

I’ve always wanted to share this space from our guest bedroom (because it’s teal!!!), but the lighting is horrible. I promised you all I’d be sharing new spaces in my home and I didn’t want to let you down. I tried my best to give you a decent picture of the space. 😉

This shelving unit (Finnby bookcase in light turquoise) was only $30 from Ikea, if you can believe it! Unfortunately, they don’t carry this color anymore but do have it in black if you like the size for your own space.👍🏼
