Fall hosting decor! No shame in my paper plate, budget decor game 🤎 I definitely prefer to use the good plates and silver, but it’s much easier in this stage of life with little ones to go the disposable, no dishes route. I still want my hosting decor to be fun and a little “dressed up,” so I find seasonal disposable items that are festive and eye-appealing!

I got these acrylic, BPA-free stemless wine glasses because I’ve just been too nervous about our glasses breaking when hosting and having the littles running around! These colors are cute for fall 🍂

Living room love! Yes there are some things that still need to be done in here (trim rug pads after flattening, mount TV), but this room has come together just like I hoped it would!

There are pieces I’ve waited YEARS to put in our home and so worth the wait! Delayed gratification is lost in our generation… whole other tangent. But now that the time/house/budget is right, we could make it happen and I cried happy tears seeing the Last Supper go up in our home.

Rant over, here’s our living room, pieces all designed to be kid/family friendly and last a long time! Performance fabrics, easy to clean, inexpensive pillows, greenery to soften, floor space for the kids to play, functional and practical.

Good morning, BFF ☕️ not a great pic but whatevs, I’m not here to be a pro, okay! 😉 Still wondering how LTK even approved me… I’ll think about it over my morning cup of coffee. I don’t know what I’d do without my Nespresso. It’s worth it’s weight in gold! Morning routine for me is waking up early before toddler, lighting a candle, having a hot cup of coffee and then reading/journaling/exercising depending on the day.

Even though I live in a 1980s log cabin, that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the finer things in life so I am a self-proclaimed candle snob! These new ones from Target are surprisingly good and extremely budget-friendly ($5-10). The Sea Salt and Linen scent is perfect for spring 🌸
