Okay, tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t know this… if your kids have a gluten allergy, they actually need grass-fed milk. 🤯 I only learned this when my son’s ENT told me! For the longest time I thought he had a milk allergy because he always felt a little better when I cut it out.

Anyway, this is my 10-year-old’s favorite gluten-free snack right now, and I’ll keep sharing more as we try new things.

And since my other son has egg + yeast allergies, I love that these work for both of them. 🙌🏼
