I can’t believe we’re one month away from baby girl’s arrival. Truth be told, this pregnancy has taught me SO much about my body and my perspective on fitness & health. The old Lauren would have obsessed over getting in a certain number of workouts each week or stressed about having to size up in a pair of leggings. But not for this momma. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have LOVED getting to know this growing body and evolved version of ME. I’m embracing the bump and the transition into postpartum with an open mind and an open heart. A big part of that, for me, includes finding pieces that FIT my body instead of trying to force my body to fit into things that might be too tight or too small.
