Wet to Dry

I’ve noticed that my favorite wash days are the ones when I style my hair soaking wet. Sometimes I even have the patience to air dry for a solid twenty minutes before diffusing.

After I applied a leave-in, curly foam, and mouse I scrunched excess water with a micro fiber towel, but a cotton t shirt works the same.

It’s been a bit over a year since my last hair cut 😳🙊 My curls are weighed down due to the length but overall happy with the volume frizz and all.

@kiehls - Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil - as someone that has blemish prone skin especially during that time of the month this little green bb has been a savior. I am an absolute believer in the healing potential of cannabinoids (more on that below) and this product is packed with em. I tend to already be a bit oily so this isn’t an everyday use product for me, more like 2-3x /week.

@advanced_clinicals - Hemp Seed Body Oil- hello hydration! I’ve been using this body oil along with the Kiehl’s Cannabis Sativa Oil since Nov ‘19. I use this everyday when I get out of the shower and my skin has never felt so moisturized. It’s also v affordable 😏 Just remember to NEVER apply oil to burnt skin!

A Woman’s Guide To Cannabis by Nikki Furrer - I received this book as a gift and my nose has been in it all summer long. Currently having a curl definition MOMENT! I took this shot about two weeks ago, but I have share with you guys how I achieved these results because this has got to be the most defined and hydrated my curls have ever looked! I’m consistently trying new products and methods to apply product to see what works best with my curl pattern. Wash day deets below 👇🏼

* Detangled with a wide tooth comb and separated hair into 4 sections
* Products used (in order): 1. Aloe Vera Moisturizing curl cream by @chihaircare 2. curl foam by @curlsuitehaircare 3. Aloe Vera humidity resistant leave in conditioner by @chihaircare | after each product is applied brush section with @denman brush
