I lived in a small mobile home when I was young. My parents bought it for $1500. My mom worked night shifts at a factory so she could go to school during the day. The next mobile home my parents bought was around $20,000. My mom worked hard every day because she always wanted better for us. Her and my dad divorced when I was very young & she was working hard as a single mom after he passed away when I was 8. My mom never stopped working. Never stopped learning, and never stopped trying for us. We eventually moved into a cape cod that was just beautiful. We built it as a family with my step dad. I still remember visiting the house & being so excited for it. Her and my step dad made the experience so exciting for us kids & just the thought of those memories brings tears to my eyes // Not a day goes by that I don’t realize how thankful I am for the work ethic my mom instilled in me. Sure I’m building a large house that might be considered extravagant, but there’s also not a day that goes by where I don’t remember that it isn’t the size of the house that matters, it’s the people & the love inside of it that does ❤️ @liketoknow.it http://liketk.it/2LqRl #liketkit #LTKunder100 #LTKunder50 #LTKspring
