Although I don’t meditate per se I do start my day with a meditative routine. It’s become one of my favorite parts of the day and I feel that I am better equipped for the day when I begin with a quiet mind. As I write this though I recognize that I struggle with my own boundaries. Keeping the right balance between family, social media, and work life balance. In this hurried world that we live in it’s important to stay grounded and always circle back to you what’s most important. Do you agree?
