I pack for up to 10 days in it and yes I am a huge over packer! It can hold so much! I never check a bag in and it fits nicely in the over head compartment. Check out the Away bigger carry-on! Comes in several colors!

My duffel bag holds all of my travel essentials in it - computer, make-up bags, small purse, curling irons, books, my jewelry case etc. Bonus it even has a side pocket to store a pair or two of shoes! Fits nicely under the seat. Comes in several colors!
