Things to do to keep yourself sane: 1. Get up! Shower! Put on your favorite outfit. It’ll make yourself feel so much better to work at the kitchen table in a cuter outfit. Then at 5 pm get back in those sweatpants 😂 2. Support local business. Feels good to support small businesses that make our community so awesome. Current favorites are Klatch Coffee (we live right by the new drive-thru location) and The State for burgers and take home cocktail kits. 3. Turn off the tv and that phone for a little bit! Watching tv for hours on end makes me feel like crap. It feels so much better to put the phone down, turn off the tv and do anything else.
