Homemade pizza dough πŸ•πŸ€ŒπŸΌ

Ingredients
* 3 cups flour
* 2 teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast
* Β½ tablespoon (1 glug) olive oil
* ΒΎ teaspoon (2 large pinches) kosher salt
* 1 β…“ cups warm water
* Extra flour

Instructions
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine all ingredients, except extra flour.
2. Using the dough hook from the mixer, stir until a loose dough forms.
3. Once the dough forms into a ball, allow the mixer to knead for 7 minutes at medium-high.
4. After the kneading is finished, using floured hands and surface, divide the dough into two balls. Gently shape dough ball into a boules and freeze one of them for next time. Dab the one left out with a little bit of olive oil to keep moist.
5. Place one dough ball back in mixer bowl. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap, and allow to rise for 1 hour.
6. Once dough has risen and you’re ready to make pizza, pick up the risen dough and gently shape it into a circle. Do not over-work or fold the dough. Drape the dough over both of your knuckles and rotate it around, allowing gravity to stretch it into a circle.
7. Sprinkle flour onto a pizza peel or rimless baking sheet. Place the stretched dough onto the peel and quickly add toppings.
8. Transfer to pizza stone in the oven (my preferred method for a perfect crust)
9. Cook at 475Β° for 5-7 minutes until browned. Once finished, drizzle honey on top of the pizza β€” my secret ingredient β€” trust me on this!! So good 🀀

Prepped smoothie jars for the week and stored them in the freezer. In the morning, I just add water to the blender, toss in the contents of a jar, and blend with ice. Each jar has enough ingredients for all of us, so I don’t have to make separate smoothies for everyone πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

DIY candle-making supplies. DIY beeswax candle. Best non-toxic candle.

1. Place round stickers on bottom of wicks, then place into your candle jar. Make sure you put enough wicks for it to burn evenly according to the size of your jar.
2. Use the wooden sticks with holes to hold wicks in place. Bend wicks over so they don’t fall over when the hot wax is poured.
3. Melt 1-2 tsp coconut oil in pitcher
4. Measure out how much beeswax you need according to the size of your vessel. I usually just pour the beeswax pellets into the jar to see how much fits.
5. Pour beeswax pellets into pitcher - melt a half a pitcher of beeswax at a time to melt faster and pour easier
6. Add essential oils into pitcher once beeswax has melted. I use about 10 drops of each scent. You can add more or less depending on how strong of a scent you want. Mix with wax.
7. Pour wax into jar
8. Let it cool for 24 hours to set
9. Trim wicks, light your candle, and enjoy! πŸ•―οΈ
