My Chanel Catheter Bag…

Almost half my wardrobe doesn’t work anymore because of the catheter. I can’t wear it. And honestly? That’s been devastating. My wardrobe has always been my safe space, my comfort.

But it’s also forced me to explore. I’m not a trend buyer, I love staples. Pieces I wear over and over for years.

So when I find something that works with my catheter AND feels like me? I’m sharing it.

These @freepeopleeu Mid Rise Barrel Leg Jeans:
✓ Wide silhouette skims the bag, even when full
✓ Barrel Leg = easy access for maintenance
✓ Mid Rise that’s comfortable and flatters when bloated
✓ A staple I’ll wear for years

You don’t have to hide. You just have to find the right fit.

PS filming this was so out of my comfort zone, when I tried to research resources to find clothing suggestions for those with catheters it was really difficult. I feel so self-conscious in my body anyway, especially the way that endometriosis has changed it. I hope this helps others 💘

Comfy & cute, the brief for today’s outfit 🐆

@hm Leopard boxy knit + @_beyond_nine Mabel linen trousers + Purple @nike socks + @nikewomen Air Force 1 (with a lil extra leopard, obviously) Oh, and my Chanel accessory very exclusive, you can't buy it in stores only select VIPs get it 👜✨

These trousers are chef’s kiss for catheter bag life, the silhouette disguises it effortlessly and easy access when you need it. Plus, elasticated waistband = festive grazing approved. 🙌 My friend kindly loaned this to me and popped them straight in the post for me to feel good in.

Cute doesn’t have to mean uncomfortable.
Some seasons stretch you so thin you forget what it felt like to be okay.

Your resilience gets tested beyond what you ever thought you could handle. You feel defeated in a way that’s hard to explain. Deflated. Like you’re just... existing. Waiting for something to give.

And you don’t know what to do.

So you do the only thing you can.

You get dressed.

You layer things that make you feel like yourself. You reach for something small that brings you joy, even if it’s just a bedazzled perfume bottle.

Because when everything inside feels chaotic and out of your control, the outside starts to matter more. Not in a superficial way. In a survival way.

Cheers to endometriosis. The cherry on top, a catheter bursting whilst in situ, here’s to the 1% club no one wanted to join. To the mornings where getting out of bed is the hardest thing you’ll do.

One foot in front of the other.

If your resilience feels stretched to breaking point right now, if you’re wondering how much more you can take, I see you.

We keep going 🤍
