I love a classic boat and tote bag to throw all the kids’ gear in (each of my kids has their own with their name embroidered to keep everyone’s things straight!). Natives are great waterproof, closed-toe shoes that are easy to slip on and off all summer!

It’s a boating day! We love to spend time on the water during the summer — and packing up for a boat ride has never been easier (or cuter!) with these essentials.

These bodyglove life jackets are the best — reasonably priced, available at Walmart or Sam’s Club, and actually comfortable for our kids to wear! We’re big fans!

My favorite summer footwear needed a permanent spot on the grid! Natives Jefferson shoes are the ideal summer footwear option for kids.

We return to these year after year — I prefer to buy gender-neutral colors like white or gray because we use them as hand-me-downs between kids!

They are closed-toe, have a supportive back, and are WATERPROOF! My kids wear these for walks, to the playground, to the pool and beach — everywhere! They’re super versatile and slip on and off easily.

My favorite part is that they’re easily washable! Rinse them off, or scrub them with a sponge or magic eraser and they are literally good as new!
