All The OOTDs I Wore In One Spot

Beach and shopping day in Corfu, so I needed an outfit that wasn't just a swimsuit cover up walking around town.
I went with a black tankini with a high neck this time, at 47 I've started thinking a lot more about sun damage than I used to. The white cover up came in handy for the whole day, I had it tucked into my shorts like a button up on the way to the beach and while shopping, then wore it open over my swimsuit once I was actually laid out. It also works closed like a dress with a belt if you want a third way to style it. Grabbed some jean shorts from Walmart, and my sandals kept my feet happy through all that walking, no sore arches by the end of the day. Everything except the shorts is from Amazon.
Save this one, it's a beach look that also works walking into town. Great for your next vacation outfit!

Day 1 of our Viking cruise through Europe (Empires of the Mediterranean itinerary), here's my vacation outfit for exploring Athens as a size 12 mom of 4. It was the hottest day of the trip and we walked miles of cobblestone streets, so the outfit had to earn its spot.

The skirt is 100% cotton, lightweight and breezy, and it saved me in that heat. The sandals have arch support and three velcro straps so you can adjust them as your feet swell from all the walking, which mine definitely did. Worth every penny for a day like this.
I also brought a purse that goes with every outfit on this trip and then left it on the plane 🤦‍♀️. Still linking it because it's so perfect for travel and goes with almost anything.

What kind of packer are you? All new clothes, take what I own or somewhere in the middle?

Here's my vacation outfit for Mykonos, Greece, Day 2 of our Viking cruise through Europe (we did the Empires of the Mediterranean itinerary). For reference, I'm a size 12 mom of 4 with a soft apron belly and mom body. It was mostly a beach day so I wore a swimsuit and pull on shorts, this is a super affordable Europe travel outfit that works for normal pool days at home too. Everything is from Target and Amazon. I'm a size 12/Large, but I always size up in swimsuits, this time I went up to an XXL.

This trip has been such a good reminder that you don't need a whole new wardrobe to feel cute on vacation, just the right basics that you already own and fit well.

I wore this for dinner on our Viking cruise through Europe, but it's one of those outfits that works anywhere. Beach day, running to Costco, brunch, it works for just about anything that’s not formal.

Top and sandals are the splurge pieces, but I wore these sandals almost every single day on our Greece trip, so the cost per wear made it worth it. They're Vionic with velcro straps and arch support. You need these if you’ll be doing a lot of walking, especially on cobble stones!

You’ve seen this necklace so many times! It’s only $35 from Nordstrom. Pants are the viral Athleta linen pants, lightweight and airy, and they mix and match with everything, the top can be dressed down with denim shorts or jeans.

You're going to see these same pieces show up again and again, they are great basics, so save this post. It’s basically a capsule wardrobe since everything can be mix and matched.

Today's outfit is mostly a splurge, the top, sunglasses, and sandals are all the pricier pieces. But the denim shorts are only $18. Save this one, it's a great basic that works into everyday outfits too, not just vacation, think school drop off or running to Costco.
