This @ELF Lip Plumping Gloss in the shade Mauve Lady comes in at $7! It is a high-shine plumping lip gloss with cooling effect. I don’t feel like it is “intense plumping”. Not SUPER tingly is what I’m trying to say. It gets 5 stars from me. You guys always ask me about this lippie when I’m wearing it. So here ya go!
