It is not the same, never will be the same and if you ask me to audit your listing and you have listing photos taken by your phone I’m going to tell you that’s the first thing you need to change.⁣

🖥️ I am a FIRM BELIEVER that it’s the OTA’s (online travel agencies like Airbnb) job to bring me a guest the first time, and my job to get them to stay and book directly the next 10 stays. If you don’t have the methods to do this easily, we need to talk!⁣
