Slowly making my way through my 2024 wardrobe wishlist, and my latest purchase was a rather fancy belt, with statement buckle 🤩 As someone who tends to dress fairly simply the majority of the time, I lean on my accessories to do a lot of the heavy lifting. A belt like this (splurge worthy or budget friendly) is a great way to do just that; it helps lift an otherwise basic outfit (or add extra adornment to an absolutely fabulous one!). I’m planning to wear mine to cinch in oversized blazers, or add a jewellery like quality to straight leg denim and fluid drape trousers in neutral colours. I feel like Khaite really catapulted the statement belt back into the fashion zeitgeist, and I for one, am loving it.
