🤍 Alo yours sweater comes with me everywhere at this point. I like it because the hood is huge and pockets are deep enough to fit my bulky iPhone max pro and more. Wearing size S (I sized up).

Casual and sporty.
🤍 Shorts size XS-S and I just ordered another pair. They have pockets on the sides which makes them perfect for running errands without a handbag. My bulky iPhone fits perfectly on one side and id+credit cards on the other.
🤍 Zip up hoodie size S. Must have gone through 1000 washes and is still super soft.
🤍 Simple black top, size XS. I wear it all the time with jeans, sweats, shorts, leggings and etc.
🤍 Nike trainers, US size 7.5. The comfiest! I’m debating on getting another pair too. 🙈 love the sporty look. Only warn you about using plenty of sneaker protecting spray on it. After all they are white and need extra attention.

$30 workout set. Ribbed, wearing the smallest size. I have had it for a while now. You can tumble dry it as much as you want. :) The workout too has removable padding. This is nude color, but I will surely be soon buying different ones.

How are your New Year resolutions going? Are you staying active during the lockdown? Here are my essentials to keeping myself active- indoor and outdoor. Physical fitness helps mental fitness! My top essentials are: bands, ankle weights and workout matt.
🤍 Rubber hip bands are cool, but they tend to rip easier. When buying the long bands, be sure that your set includes a door stopper and grips.
🤍 Because of the lockdown dumbbells are a hot commodity. You might have to wait a little longer for the delivery. Select a heavy set that includes a barbell. Think about how you are going to store them at home. Tip: round weights might roll away when you’re working out!
🤍 If you have a partner, take it outdoors! I’ve been playing so much badminton lately. It’s great fun to run around. Alternatively, you can practice roller-skating up and down the driveway if you’re a beginner.
🤍 At home, we’ve been using our dining table to play table tennis. 😂 Our table extends so it’s just about perfect for a friendly tournament.
🤍 The skipping rope keeps me accountable for my effort. It keeps track of your activity.
