Love our Pottery Barn stockings! When we had Noah in 2013 I bought our first 3 stockings, but I knew we wanted a big family so I wanted stockings that would always be available to add on as needed. You can make this in a slow cooker or boil water and reduce to simmer on the stove top.
It’s also customizable, use what you have on hand!
Here’s what I used:
2 apples sliced
2 oranges sliced
1 bag of cranberries (why are they sold out almost everywhere?!)
6 cinnamon sticks
4 sprigs of Rosemary
8 cups of water

Set slow cooker to high and simmer for several hours with lid off to enjoy your Christmas scent!

SHANNON’S HOLIDAY CHEESECAKE TARTS

Cheese Filling:
2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crust:
1 package yellow cake mix
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

Topping:
1 ½ cups sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper liners in 24 muffin cups.

For crust, combine dry cake mix and melted butter in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 1 minute (mixture will be crumbly). Divide mixture evenly in muffin cups. Level but do not press.

For filling, combine cream cheese, eggs, ¾ cup sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until mixture is set. (Don’t over cook!)

For topping, combine sour cream and ¼ cup sugar in small bowl. Spoon evenly over cheesecakes. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Garnish each cheesecake with cherry pie filling, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
