Not as normal as a lot of LTK‘s… But really this is a product that I absolutely have to recommend. I have an enlarged vertebrae where my neck meets my back and no surgery can be done. It’s just all about managing chronic pain. So in between massages and trying to strengthen the area, these patches provide me so much relief whenever I feel like I can’t even move my arm from the pain… This week has been absolutely horrible. I have had so much stabbing pain in this area and I truly don’t think I would’ve been able to do anything this week if it wasn’t for these patches.
