I wish I knew about these the first time. there are many infant probiotics in the market and @gerber is the one that worked for us. Many of you said you used @biogaiausa fit your babies and loved it. Highly recommend watching @pedsdoctalk YouTube video on infant probiotics where she goes over many different ones. I am not a doctor so please speak with your pediatrician about any supplements or medications for your child.

Vitamin c, in my opinion, is the most important thing to refrigerate because a lot of them have a short shelf life and can oxidize quickly, which then makes them ineffective.

I love keeping my hydrating mists chilled for that extra refreshing hydration.

Essences, which are different in toners, are amazing at hydrating and replenishing the skin. As long as they don’t have any oil based ingredients, it’s safe to keep them chilled which keeps them effective longer.

Tools and sheet masks just feel better cold plus it helps depuff :)
