Kidding…kinda!

Here are the paddles I took for a spin from @pickleballgalaxy. Just a reminder, not all paddles are created equal so spend time with a demo to make sure it meets all of your needs. Here are my thoughts being a tiny
5’4” person on the court…

Paddle 1: @diadempickleball Warrior Edge - the grip and paddle were too much for me. I tried it a few times and got the same feeling instantly. I couldn’t find the sweet spot, I was unable to get a good grip. I was so excited because they have the Pink limited edition paddle currently. It’s a no for me!

Paddle 2: @joolapickleball Ben John’s Hyperion CAS - color perfection, the grip length and grip size felt big, I did feel a little more power and was able to control the face but still not THE paddle.

Paddle 3: @selkirksport Vanguard 2.0 Mach 6 LW - honestly I thought this was the paddle for me, I just need the MW and the length of the grip feels slightly long. It is possible with the correct customization (MW and smaller grip) this paddle could work.

Paddle 4: @prokennexpickleball Kinetic Pro Speed 2 - out of the box this paddle has me speechless, the weight, grip circumference are all good and it’s long enough that I could grip it with two hands. I have tons of power and I feel like I can control it a bit more. This is my current favorite paddle!

Next up on my list to check out will be the Selkirk Vanguard Power Air Epic 🔜

Never thought I would really want to find the right paddle but here we are. The search for paddle perfection continues…
