I’m able to see exactly how much milk my son is eating at a time which is so helpful. I absolutely loved this with my daughter 4 years ago and wanted to use it again with my son! -✨ prenatal: finishing off these before starting something new! These prenatals are fabulous 🥰
- ✨postpartum mood support: there are some giant hormone shifts after having a baby so this time I want to be more prepared for whatever postpartum throws at me! These pills taste so good to me too!
- ✨Hormonal support tonic: You add 2-3 full droppers of this to water 2-3 times a day and it helps with hormones, getting that uterus to go back down to size and supports a healthy over all being for postpartum care.

I also linked my favorite cup because it is extremely important to stay hydrated!! This aids in postpartum recovery and milk supply. 🤱🏼

✨ For more support/ going out / date night: This VS bra. It’s beautiful, supportive, and easy to breastfeed in! My favorite part is I don’t have to mess with the clasps a lot. They are metal and “click” together super easy.
✨ support & comfort: the jelly ones from momcozy that I linked. So comfortable and supportive!
✨ sleep 💤 : I ordered these from amazon and they are so comfy! Literally no support so they are for comfort only.
✨affordable, comfortable, lounging bras: these come in a multipack and they do the job! The pads are removable and these are the only ones I used when breastfeeding my daughter who is 4 now. I’ve upgraded since then but these are still very comfy and nice. I took them to the hospital when I had my son. 🫶🏼
✨ nursing tanks with a built in bra. These are SO soft & comfy! Great for layering t shirts on top of for easy access to the boobies!

Other nursing things I use 👇🏼
✨ reusable nursing pads: I used these with my daughter for 16 months and now I’m using them for my son! The quality is great, they are very comfortable and hold up well. I do not like the prepackaged throw away ones as I feel like they are a waste of money, and you use them up quick! I just throw these in the wash like I do my clothes and they are so easy.
✨ silver nipple covers:
THESE REALLY WORK! for dry, cracked, bleeding, ouch nipples. I like to add the ointment I linked with the silver cups on top and it makes them feel so much better!! The ointment I linked can also be used as a lip balm lol it is lanolin free so no need to wipe off to feed baby. 🫶🏼

- momcozy breast pump : The best pump I’ve ever used. As a second time mom I do not have time to sit and pump multiple times a day. With this, I can do dishes, laundry, play with my daughter, work, and more!!
-haaka: newborns don’t always eat all of the milk you produce. Sometimes they get full from eating on one side! I like to use the haaka on the other breast to collect the letdown and get any additional milk out that may be wasted in a breast pad anyway! I also like to use this to pour my milk in from my hands free pumps since it suctions to the surface and I don’t have to worry about it spilling.

My son is exclusively breastfed like my daughter was but I also pump to create a freezer stash for emergencies, if someone else is caring for him, if my supply were to drop or dry up for some reason, recipes, and more. 🥰
