At 40, I don’t guess anymore. I stick to what works for my body.

My 6 non-negotiables:

1️⃣ Glutamine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. A game changer for my gut.
2️⃣ A shot of high polyphenol olive oil. Trending or not, I feel the difference in my skin, digestion, and glow.
3️⃣ A real protein breakfast. Three eggs, fruit, and a little bread. Simple and consistent.
4️⃣ My longevity capsules. Supporting skin, energy, and hormonal balance from within.
5️⃣ My protein + creatine shake. Creatine is non-negotiable in my 40s for strength, energy, and long-term health.
6️⃣ Meditation. Over 10 years of doing this daily, and it’s still essential for me.

Nothing extreme. Just consistency with what actually works.
