Today’s table will be equal parts comfort and convenience — a Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage Skillet for breakfast, a Margarita Pizza for dinner, and a little nostalgia in the form of heat-and-serve chocolate pudding.

I’ll also be making a batch of Pickled Jalapeños from Magnolia Table, Vol. 1 — the perfect weekend prep project for adding a kick to an upcoming dish. 🌶️

Dinner will lean light but lovely: Trader Joe’s Wine Country Chicken Salad tucked into a buttery croissant, a reminder that sometimes the best meals are the easiest ones. 🍂🥐

Today’s breakfast will feel like fall in a skillet: Trader Joe’s Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage paired with a fresh loaf of Beer Bread, baked with pumpkin ale for just a hint of spice and sweetness. 🍁🍃🍂

Dinner will bring coastal comfort with New England Clam Chowder and sourdough bread, the kind of meal that tastes like sweater weather even when the Gulf air still hums warm. 🍂🥣

Happy Tuesday, today will begin with a buttery croissant and Trader Joe’s Apple Pie Spread — a limited edition find that tastes like autumn in a jar. Dinner will lean Italian with Four Cheese Ravioli, Organic Vodka Sauce, and warm sourdough bread, finished with a glass of Moscato D’Asti.

And for something sweet? Another batch of my NEW RECIPE Pumpkin Pie Spice Roll with Maple Cream Cheese Icing — because some bakes are too good not to repeat. 🍂✨

It’s the third of October, and I couldn’t help but wonder… do leftovers ever feel like new beginnings? 🍂 A slice of pumpkin spice bread, a skillet of dirty rice, and the comfort of knowing some recipes stretch further than you think—especially when they lead to new chapters.
