I get asked this all the time, so I thought I’d finally share the full cost breakdown of our 2025 kitchen remodel. We kept the same layout but focused on upgrades that made the space feel more elevated, timeless, and us.

Here’s where everything went:
– Cabinet refacing (paint, supplies & labor): $2,000
(my husband’s a contractor, so this is without any markup!)
– Zellige-style backsplash (budget dupe!): $850
– Custom range hood build + insert: $1,100
– Farmhouse sink + faucet (@wayfair): $750
– Hardware (@rejuvenation): $980
– Brass pendants over the island (@wayfair): $728
– Labor (plumbing, backsplash install, carpentry): $4,500

Total: $12,108

It wasn’t a full gut reno, but every detail made a huge difference.
