My pain level is literally a 2. My surgeon has done over a3000 abdominoplasty procedures and is literally the expert of the drainless tummy tuck. I had an internal experal injection that lasts for 3 days, Valium, anti nausea…. You know the drill. My experience was amazing. The pre op team, the anesthesiologist, and post op team 🙌🙌

It is so much easier to watch all of this on TikTok. But! I definitely want this to be saved here just in case you want to look back and find a certain links in case you’re getting the same procedure or something similar done. So thanks for following along.

Hi! I wanted to share my story here in hopes it helps even one person. I’ve shared bits on TikTok, I’m moving to LTK, and maybe one day I’ll have the courage to share on Instagram too.

I love and am so thankful for my body. After two babies and breastfeeding, I’ve worked hard to get strong again and really do love where I’m at. But there were things I couldn’t change on my own—like stretched muscles, a permanent pooch, and stretch marks.

I went back and forth on this for over a year, processing and really thinking it through. I even scheduled surgery for May, canceled it, and thought I was done. But with the encouragement of friends who had gone through this, I decided to move forward and had surgery on August 20th.

Finding the right surgeon changed everything. He’s an artist in his craft, and I credit my whole recovery and experience to him and his team. I’m beyond grateful. Day #0 - Follow along as I recover from what I’d call a mini mommy makeover. I had a full muscle repair, tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation.
