Have you heard of a toaster sandwich bag ?

Thursday vibes …

Wearing what I found in my closet , An older shirt from Zara and a very old pair white denim jeans from Banana Republic .

Guess I’ve lost some weight as I would normally never fit into these jeans .

Well it’s going to be a very busy weekend for us getting the boat back here . So looking forward to getting back out on the water sailing again !

These linen pants with wider leg and cropped hem are a classic !
Zipper front enclosure with two back pockets . No front or side pockets .
They have a cool geometric design throughout and also bordering the hemline . They are high waisted and have belt loops if you wish to accentuate your waistline with a cool belt .

Sunday .. day of rest ,
…….. but what do you do when everyday seems to be a day of rest ?

Well if weather was better there is a lot more I could do - but for now it’s resting and healing and getting go ready to work on out new boat !

This pretty crepe blouse is cropped and has balloon sleeves with hooked buttons down the front . It is sheer but because of the pattern in it and the loose fitting nature it’s not to see through . The floral design goes well with jeans but would also go nice with a pastel pant . The neck line is smocked . There is elastic in the sleeve cuffs .

Both the jeans and the top are from last year @zara.

The jeans are ripped in the knees , and I roll up the hem to give them a cropped appearance .

This was another on line purchase and I am very happy with the fit and sizing .

A long ribbed skirt and matching ribbed top with adjustable straps in oyster white .

Two pieces perfectly blended together .

Can be worn as separates or as one

The skirt has a slit on one side and just pulls on . No zippers or fasteners

Separated with a brown leather belt with hewn buckle . Such a cute addition !

Do you think if I wear shorts the warm weather will return ?🤔

I apparently missed the two beautiful days we had here . Really wish the warm weather would return . I am also very thankful to still have my spleen . Slowly recovering at home post colonoscopy complication.

These shorts are the best ! The lilac shade is new this year and so “springy” .
The shorts are perfect for any activities , be it yoga , walking , running , shopping , or just hanging out in ! They come in a number of shades and these are the 6” inseam .

The sweater is ? Last year I believe and it’s a nice button up hoodie in a soft waffle knit. Perfect match to these amazing shorts !

Where is spring??

It sure is taking its time !

I don’t typically wear green but the print in this dress just caught my eye . I have a similar dress in yellow and I find both colors very flattering and not a common shade that I wear .

This 100% viscose dress is a loose fitting pull over your head v neck . It could be worn as a coverup or a dress .
A belt would add another dimension to it also . It screams springtime !

Perhaps if I wear it the weather will follow 😊☀️.

The fabric is wonderful like all the lululemon leggings and it has built in bra pads as well as built in shorts with side pockets . The shorts have an opening at the back to allow you to step into and out of them without removing entire dress .

It is so comfortable and will be perfect for summer and wearing on the boat or running errands . You won’t regret this purchase ! And now available in a few new colors !
If you’re not sure of sizing this is a size 10 . I am 5’10” and have a long torso and this fits very comfortably on me .

Layering is key right now

The sun hat was purchased last year end of season from Costco . I e actually never even worn it . It is a sun protective hat also so will be great to prevent my scalp from burning .

A Lululemon sporty tank/ bra with a racer back is ideal for layering . This has a fine rib knit and built in bra pads

This striped sweater is a fine knit with flecks of silver glitter in it . It’s a Cotton/ poly blend and has slits on each side at hem line . I’m wearing a medium and it’s perfect to allow a little shoulder slide .

I have paired it with white denim cropped mom jeans and white slides .

I am fixated on the “ crochet” look right now .
This cropped tank is unique in both , the color and design .

Always crisp and clean when wearing a classic black and white .

I’m a firm believer that every day should be Valentine’s Day and you should be loved and treated special every day not just one day a year !

This year we are staying home and making a lovely dinner . We will start with a cheese fondue , Then have a simple risotto with seared scallops , followed by a chocolate fondue . Part of the fun will be preparing it together and then enjoying it while we sip some bubbly and share conversation .

I love a warm and cozy sweater dress !

This cream color dress with bell sleeves and mock turtleneck is both visually appealing and warm and cozy .
It’s a soft rib knit and a shorter length .
Could easily be worn with a tall boot or a short bootie like shown in the picture .
