The best kids rain boots for $15! Size up one- my son is in a toddler size 9/10 and I purchased the 11/12 for him and my daughter is in a toddler 3/4 and I purchased the 5/6. I’ve now purchased these 3 times for my son! They hold up great and he get them on and off by himself 👍🏻
