I'm 5'4 and this exact pair was just a little long on me, they intersected my ankles rather then falling above them, so I cuffed them.
True to size.

Reformation shoes i go with my true size. Which is a 7 (24cm). In closed toe shoes I often size up to 7.5, however in reformation the 7 is the correct size.
