I wanted to love it and maybe watching the movie first ruined it for me, but it was only okay.
I don’t mind the characters, the 18-16 romance thing is still kinda eh to me, the author gave me someone to hate, but I don’t love any of the characters - I was hoping it would be Four. Dystopian worlds like this either need to really be unique, otherwise they feel like Hunger Games and that’s what this was except not as good. I will finish the series though in hopes it gets better. Also, I will not be watching anymore movies until I read the books 😂

If you’re looking for a feel good love story, twin brothers, and small towns check out the Avalon Bay Series by Elle Kennedy, absolutely loved it! Full review on my blog!

If you like fantasy have I got some books for you. I just finished the first book of the Throne of Glass Series and I’m hooked.

I just finished the court of roses series and it was so good. Storyline instantly hooked me, romance, violence, and it was a little spicy too. Both boxed sets are on sale right now too. What genre do you like reading!
