The minute I pulled out this skirt I knew it was made for dancing!! Take this outfit out on the town, or pair the skirt with a different top (not white or cream) and wear it to a summer wedding. The skirt and the top come in different colors. I also love that the skirt is a pull on style, so it's cute AND comfortable all night long! For sizing reference, I'm wearing the shirt in size XS and the skirt in size small. The shoes run true to size and go with ALL of your formal outfits!

This outfit is nothing special, other than it's SOOOOO comfortable!! This is definitely going to be a travel outfit for the summer! However, this time I wore it do one of the weirder things I have ever attempted-bathing a cat! My younger son's cat has a skin issue and she needed to be bathed. I went over to help and I've never laughed so hard in my life! Let's just say I escaped unscathed but my dishwashing gloves and my son's t-shirt got SHREDDED!! Any advice on how to wash a cat without getting injured-send it my way! I voted to just send her to PetSmart and let them deal with it!

This is an easy outfit formula for summer: take one neutral tank top, add a pair of wide leg pants, then accessorize to match the occasion. If it's casual, add some buckle slides or basic flat sandals, or dress it up a little more with a sweater tied around your neck and a stacked heel sandal. Dress it up even more with a heeled sandal, clutch handbag and a statement necklace for date night.

FRAGRANCE DIFFUSER
Every time we stay at a nice hotel, I always notice how nice it smells there. I've always thought the cold air diffusion towers were WAY out of my budget, but then I found this one! We have it in our family room/kitchen/breakfast area and now I want another one in our bedroom! Keeps our house smelling amazing without having to burn or melt anything!

GAUZE DRESS
This is an old favorite and a new favorite. I love wearing this dress loose and flowy on super hot days, or belt it for a more polished look. I bought it last year in black and this year in red, both in size XS.

DOUBLE BUCKLE SLIDES
I know I've shared these before, but I found some look alikes on Amazon for a lot less! The other benefit is they come in lots of other colors!

FACIAL RAZORS
I've been dermaplaning my face (i.e. shaving it) for almost 25 years. It gets all the peach fuzz off plus has the added bonus of exfoliating dry skin. It's especially important to do before sunless tanning on the face. I've been using these lately and really like them!

LINEN BLEND SHORTS
I love the inseam length on these and the a-line silhouette. They're a slightly dressier everyday shorts option. Lots of color choices too!

Whenever I'm planning a trip, my first "place" to shop for outfits is always Amazon! These five outfits are all items I've worn on vacation, and even more often at home. They pack well and work in a variety of places, aside from the swimsuit coverup (that one is really only good over a swimsuit)! I love that they're all budget friendly too-that leaves more to spend on shopping while on vacation!

Time for a look at this month’s Amazon fashion finds!! I didn’t do a HUGE haul but the five pieces I picked up are well worth a look! The dress is a more of a silky fabric, so it’s easy to dress up with the right bag, shoes, and jewelry (size small). The modal shorts are the first pair of shorts I’ve ever felt truly comfortable in-and they come in 4” and 6” inseam lengths. I went with the 6 inch in an XS (they’re true to size). I love the flat front pull on style, too. This eyelet top is a repeat from last year and it comes in so many flattering colors-just pick your favorite! The bodice is lined, too. The modal tee is more of a sweatshirt style with the banding on the cuffs and the hemline, but in a weight you can wear all summer long. I’m definitely ordering more colors! And finally, this summer weight collared sweater is a great way to bring in that preppy chic look into your daily outfits-this is the third color that I’ve ordered!

For sizing, I purchased everything in the smallest size they offered. I do already have the navy lounge set, but in oatmeal and I got that in an XS and it fits perfectly. I liked it so much I ordered it again in navy!

More details:
1. This is a reorder in a new color for 2025. I love the tunic length with leggings and black boots. Size XS

2. I have these earrings in gold already and ordered silver to go with my outfits for when I go to the San Antonio Spurs basketball games!

3. I liked it so much I bought it twice! Size XS. Also comes in rose gold.

4. I LOVE this idea of a deconstructed trench coat. It's the same fabric as the collared set. I sized up to a small so I can wear it over bulkier tops.

5. I just organized my closet and one of the big things I'm missing is COLOR! I already have this cardigan in white/black and navy. It's SO soft!

6. My plan is to wear this unbuttoned/open over a tee or tank with jeans. I like the slightly cropped length.

7. This one is inspired by a Varley piece and I want to see how it works with just a skin tone bra underneath.

Sharing a few behind the scenes pictures of getting the outfit shot. It was a grey, chilly day and I wanted to be cozy for our brunch date, then a run to some local stores to find gifts for our Angel Tree recipient. Her wish list, in this order, was a winter coat (that broke my heart), art supplies and a Barbie. We got everything checked off her list and then went home to film an Amazon haul-and this outfit just happens to be Amazon from head to toe!

I layered one of my favorite waffle knit sets over a basic tee, then layered that under a khaki coatigan to break up all the black. Sharing my Thanksgiving Day outfit with you because it works for lots of winter events you may have coming up. The dress is a short sleeve velvet that comes in so many beautiful colors and has a very forgiving elastic waist (note no pockets & size S). I added a merino wool collarless jacket for warmth (size XS) and similar tone suede boots (size down ½ size) to finish off the look.
