We went out on an adventure to try out a vegan ice cream store since Michael doesn’t do well with dairy. It was…ok. 🙊

I took a basic t-shirt and jeans and threw on this cropped ponte jacket since it’s always FREEZING in ice cream stores. Now I’m annoyed with myself that I haven’t been wearing it all spring! It’s such great piece and runs TTS. I just ordered the jeans-they’re a great lightweight denim for spring and they run big so size down one. Mine are a little roomier than I’d like so I’m going to throw them in the washer and dryer and then they’ll be perfect!

APRIL 2024 BEAUTY FAVORITES
1. This has been my go to neutral palette all month. It also comes in Cool Nude, this is Warm Nude.
2. If you don’t want to deal with sunless tanners, you need to check out this product. The difference between this and the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs is that this is translucent-your skin texture will show so it’s a more natural look. I have it in Light.
3. Similar to the Body Blur, but this is an SPF 40 silicone free mineral sunscreen. It also comes in a clear version but I prefer the Sunlit shade to help match my face to my fake tan body!
4. This is essentially solid lip gloss. Perfect for air travel if you have to pair down your liquids! It comes in more pigmented shades too but I love Shade 2 to layer over all my other lip products.

I was so excited to wear this jumpsuit (this is my second one, I also have it in black) that I wore it straight out of the package! The material feels so luxurious, it’s bra-friendly, has pockets, comes in so many colors and can be dressed up or down easily. Once it’s steamed it doesn’t wrinkle easily and I wash it on cold and tumble dry on low. Saturday night at the ballpark! It was the perfect weather to enjoy watching the San Antonio Missions play ball-we had a cool front coming in and this gauze shirt and cropped jeans just worked! Our first home project of 2024 is done and I’m feeling pretty good about it! We added porcelain tile that looks and feels like brick to our back porch (which is really just the concrete slab extension of our foundation). While I’m excited to get the furniture back on it, it’s currently a great place to take outfit pics! 😆

Wearing everything in an XS but each piece ranges to at least XXL. I did since up to a small in the linen vest for more room in the chest.

Went for a preppy casual look for dinner last night. The blouse is a classic look, but it’s made of a wrinkle resistant synthetic material which makes it easier to layer under pieces. Runs TTS (wearing a small). The jeans come in lots of different washes-not sure which exact one this is and run big, so size down one. My belt is reversible and in hindsight I should have flipped it to the tan side. My jewelry is all from the @kendrascott demi fine collection and they layer so nicely together! We have a “cool” day (it’s in the 50’s!!) so I got to wear my current favorite super soft cardigan! It only comes in different colored stripes, and I say only because if it came in solids I would get more! The metal buttons are really plastic which I prefer so they don’t pull on the fabric and the pockets are faux.
