I have been having a TIME decorating our new house. I’ve found ways to repurpose old products and found some new goodies along the way! Hacks to hanging garland: 1) Use the hooks that “hug” the garland and hold them in place. Use hooks on the sides to give a draped effect. 2) Add fairly lights as necessary. 3) Hang stockings UNDER the garland (I prefer mine on one side versus across the mantel. 4) Be sure to fluff and bend to make the garland flow the way you prefer! 4) Have fun and make it your OWN! That sticker says we have to keep it 2ft away from the fire when it’s on so I’m still debating if I should keep it. New year- new organization! Finally decided to organize my hallway closet! It was actually super simple, and just took a second to assess and realize what we needed. I decided to add bins to hold our scarves, hats and gloves for winter with all of my gift storage underneath.
