I used one 9 ft plum leaf garland
And 7 fall stems to add extra dimension

I secured mine with nails, but if you have a smooth mantle command hooks or straps would be a great option

DIY Tomato Cage Ghosts

These are fun to make and you can change them up to make them your own!!

I already had the tomato cages, but you can find tomato cages in the garden section of most home improvement stores and all the other items can be found at the craft store.

What I used for each:
◻️tomato cage
◻️foam ball, mine is a #8 *
◻️white lights, mine are 20 ft, 100 lights ***
◻️black felt with adhesive backing
◻️white plastic tablecloths: one 84” round, one large rectangle

*I doubled up my plastic tablecloths because they were thin and it added extra length. You could also use a white sheet.
*You could use smaller or larger tomato cages for different heights.
•You can use regular felt and adhere with a low temp glue gun or super glue.
*You can also use battery operated twinkle lights.
*I linked a few options to use instead of tjr foam ball…. (🎃 pail, foam head, half round)

***MAKE sure your to choose lights that do not get warm-we don’t want any melted plastic or a fire. SAFETY FIRST.

TIP- you can add a rock, brick, even a dumbbell at the base of the tomato cage to weigh it down - if you have windy conditions.

I never use the adhesive that comes with the bats….. I roll up a small piece of tape (sticky side out) and attach the bats - hold all season long and remove with zero damage

Anthro vibes…DIY’ed for under $30!

I grabbed my hot glue gun and recreated the Anthro Black Faux Trailing Wreath (retails for $138) for less than $30!!

$DIY ghost art I saw the ghost art at Michael’s when they first started bringing out Halloween decor back in July- but knew I could DIY it for a fraction of the price! You can customize the size of the art, the ghosts , the color of the background to make it coordinate with your spooky season decor 👻 STEPS: *I painted a basic canvas with black craft paint. Let dry, then applied spackle with the back of a plastic spoon to create ghost shapes- working my way from my starting point down.
