This Walmart wreath is under $30 and beautiful! BUT, I wanted to really make it stand out, and here is how! 1- remove the brown ribbon and iron or steam. 2- cut the same length velvet pewter colored ribbon and re-attach in a pretty bow. 3- hang brass bells from the center and hang!
