ICYMI my first YouTube video went live yesterday (link in bio)! We chatted a little bit about my background and career, and then jumped right into the topic of sulfites. To be honest, I was super nervous about starting this channel. I wasn’t sure what people would think, or if it would be well received. I’m so glad I took the risk and went for it because the outpouring of support has been INCREDIBLE. As it turns out, it wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be! I was so excited to film in this gorgeous dining room, but the high ceilings made for an awkward echo and rookie mistake.
