We chose this iron furniture for the majority of our outside pieces because it just lasts! Added to that, Sunbrella fabric doesn’t fade and is easy to hose off every year! If I’m buying outdoor furniture, I don’t want to replace it in three years!

We continue to buy a few pieces of this every year because we have a lot of outdoor seating areas. Our latest has been the matching barstool chairs for our outdoor kitchen. We have had this style for three years and are still completely happy with each piece!

President’s Day sales are happening! It’s a great time to buy that outdoor furniture!

All of these rugs are vintage inspired and I rarely have this good of luck finding rugs for my home! I would be happy with any of these! And they could easily be in a family room or bedroom! Each runner is under $100!

1-The first is a beautiful neutral! Low pile but super soft! It is a greige that leans more tan.
2-I honestly love a plaid rug anywhere! I bought this one for my son’s room too!
3-I love the blue in this vintage inspired rug! It is the thickest of the four!
4-This is the thinnest rug, but it lays completely flat right away! It is a greige that leans more of a warm grey.

Our swivel chairs are on sale! It took me forever to find swivel chairs that were large enough for men to be comfortable. Most are tiny! And I wanted a pattern that would hide any dirt since they aren’t slipcovered. We chose linen in Morelle Stripe.! They are still a splurge, but I get asked about them all the time!

Still love our outdoor iron furniture! The Sunbrella fabric holds up year after year! Our umbrellas are also Sunbrella and they look just like they did when we got them! Linking our porcelain tile we used out here too! We used matte white & matte silver!

Love seeing the wallpaper peak through into the kitchen! This was my first large space I have used wallpaper! Even though this wallpaper is busy, the neutral tone kept it not feeling overwhelming. And I love how it looks surrounding our white doors and cabinets!

So I’ve heard they are discontinuing the Sterlina tile that I used in my laundry room.

But they added Sterlina ll. It’s what I used outside by the fireplace. It’s basically the same tile as inside, but the silver is a warmer silver.
I did matte silver and matte white for both.

I have been saving for these since last year! I’m taking the plunge and ordering these gorgeous, curvy outdoor chairs & ottomans! Can’t wait to relax in these in warm weather! Sunbrella fabric of course! I ordered these gorgeous chairs in the color Driftwood with canvas color fabric!

I love my counter stools but they are a splurge! When I saw these I couldn’t believe how similar they are! The biggest difference is these are bar stools and not counter stools, but if you are in the market for bar stools, I have talked to people who own and love the dupes!
