cozy winter simmer pot 🧦🌲🍊🪵 a simmer pot is basically natures potpourri ✨ they’re fully customizable and a great way to use up leftover fruit + spices!

- water (enough to fill the pot about ½ to ¾ full)
- 4 oranges
- 2 bags of cranberries
- 4-5 cinnamon sticks

here’s the trick 👇🏼
let it reach full boil + leave it boiling for 3-5 minutes. then put it on low heat and let it simmer for a few hours—adding more water as needed🚰

when you’re done, let it cool down completely and transfer the ingredients + remaining liquid into a mason jar. you can store it in the fridge and reuse it for about a week 🫙

to reuse: just pour the ingredients back into your pot, add some fresh water, and bring it to a simmer again—adding fresh orange slices or a new cinnamon stick as needed.
