When used in navel pulling, they say that Castor oil benefits include enhanced lymphatic drainage, improved circulation, relief in inflammation, improved digestion and the potential to balance hormones…. I do feel like I wake up less bloated if I have a bad meal the night before and wear a patch with oil in my belly button to bed!

I used to do full stomach castor oil packs a couple years ago & I wasn’t sure if it really did anything. I was trying to heal my eczema & acne, which it didn’t… then I felt like it was making my constant pain in my ovaries worse, so I stopped… wellll I’ve been doing just belly button patches for about a month now and I am not sure if anything’s happening, but I think it might be helping with digestion!! LOL! Try if you will🤣 there’s not really any research to prove that it does anything externally.
