These were so fun for the kids!!

I cut the peppers, coated the outside with olive oil and baked at 350 for 10 minutes then stuffed them… mine and my sons had taco meat, rice, and cheese. My girls had Fritos, taco meat, and cheese (basically tacos in a bag lol)….. then I baked for 10 more minutes!

Warning - I significantly cut the pepper baking time down for these … for more tender peppers, bake 20 minutes first then 15 after stuffing. My kids are picky eaters who weren’t gonna eat the peppers so I cut the baking time down which kept them more firm like a bowl… I did eat mine but they weren’t as tender as traditional sfuffed peppers! #halloweendinner #jackolanternpepper #halloweenstuffedpeppers #halloweenfood #pumpkinstuffedbellpeppers

Upside down witch cupcakes from Walmart! I love easy baking kits and this once included everything you need in 1 box other than oil, water, and egg! Even the cupcake pan liners and icing! The only downside is several of our witches legs broke getting them off the paper but I was able to stick them back together with icing! Over all, my girls had a fun time making these! A fun easy Halloween treat!
