My heart is in the hands of God, it's protected. I noticed something amazing in my daily walk today. Even though I couldn't contain a crisis and ended up crying to let it go, my heart didn't ache. It's like my mind send an order but my heart was in absolute calm in God's hand. When I noticed that, everything started to feel better. Uncertain but better. God bless you.

Study nights are getting harder the older I get. I had a test on Thursday, I had to stay late at the office on Wednesday and then arrived home to study for my test and to do a spreadsheet. I did sleep yesterday to recover but today, too. For a moment, last night, I felt terrible I almost didn't do anything but I remembered how I wasn't able to sleep properly from Wednesday to Thursday and the guilt went away immediately. I needed to recover and recharge. I recognize I just can't spend a whole night studying without sleeping at this age.
