Sharing one of my favorite tablescapes from last year, featuring a pheasant theme that’s rich with greenery and feathers—perfectly suited to carry us from Thanksgiving right into Christmas. Fun fact: pheasant, not turkey, is often the star of fall gatherings in Europe! While our family still serves turkey for both holidays, I love the unique elegance that pheasant decor brings to the table (and they’re a lot easier to find!). Maybe one day I’ll spot the perfect turkey for my setup, but until then, these pheasants have my heart. What do you think?
