This time of year is SOOOO challenging for me. It’s incredibly difficult to get bombarded with emails about Mother’s Day knowing that I can’t celebrate my amazing Mom in the flesh. AND, being childfree by choice means having to confront the reality that most marketers think that every woman is a Mom. So, here’s my point: please remember that every woman is NOT a Mom and please remember that some of your friends are having a tough time if their parents are no longer here!
