The plan is to build after we fix up and live in this house but writing scripture through out was a non negotiable on framing or before painting. My parents did it in my childhood home growing up and our small group at the time all came over to write their favorite verses and pray over our home and our small group just did the same today

Day 3 of cleaning up our fixer upper! Really grateful for parents who built, flipped, sold houses! Having their real estate and construction backgrounds growing up has really helped make this a fun process and decision to make! The goal is for this to be a 5-10 year home, then sell and build on a bigger plot of land with the equity from this! But for now this house is attached to our best friends higland cow farm and gives our boys bonus cousins to grow up with. It lets us host our small group and puts us next to our church community because we don’t have family here! Just feeling grateful
