My absolute favorite shoes to strength train in, especially for a lower body day! They’re wide and have a less elevated heel to optimize stability and range of motion! I workout in these several times a week and my feet never hurt.

today’s gym ootd! I’m in love with this seamless top from YPB, Abercrombie’s activewear, and it comes with a cute scrunchie to match! Paired with my Lululemon align’s and the older version of the Nike Free Metcon’s (my favorite hybrid training shoe)! I’ve linked the new style of the Nike free metcon since they don’t sell the style I’m wearing anymore!

these Heynuts leggings from Amazon, or soft & buttery, and are slightly thicker than the lulu align legging, but are an amazing dupe!

a couple of my favs from Nike! Such soft & buttery material that I love to work out in and lounge in! the shorts are super flattering, and don’t have a seam at the bottom, which I love since it doesn’t squeeze my mid thigh too much!
I absolutely live in this sports bra whether it’s at the gym, at home, traveling, or running an errand, it’s a go-to for me.
