Another round on low-tox kitchen swaps👩🏻‍🍳 It’s time to ditch the plastic and go back to the basics my friends! I use better materials for the body and our environment - think: wood, stainless steel and cotton! Here’s what I’m currently loving👇🏻
▪️ 100% cotton towels - no more synthetic material (i.e. plastic!!🙅🏻‍♀️)
▪️ metal & wood food baskets - buhhh bye acrylic containers👋🏻 I’ve had these ones for years and use them to organize my fridge and pantry👏🏻
▪️stainless steel blender - love this attachment knowing it’s free of plastic. A great healthy option that is super powerful!
▪️wood egg holder - no more plastic containers leaching into food. Love the pretty detail and I know my eggs are safe🥚
▪️wood serving bowls - I have different shapes and sizes, using these for dinner all the time🪵 I feel good knowing that no microplastic are getting into our food.

5 things that are worth the money for glowing SKIN at 40 ✨ I started taking care of my skin in my 30s so it would look good in my 40s. These are the five things that have been worth it👇🏻

1️⃣ Microneedling – I do it 2-3 times a year professionally and just got an at-home pen to try between sessions. This helps with overall texture and produces collagen!
2️⃣ Mineral SPF serum – My daily must-have. Lightweight, no white cast, feels good under makeup. Prevention is key!
3️⃣ CO2 CoolPeel Laser – It was a game changer for texture and glow with a small amount of downtime (4 days). It also builds collagen over time. Loving my results!
4️⃣ Non-toxic Under Eye Patches – I wear them every single morning when I get up. Instantly depuffs, hydrates, and brightens. Clean formula I feel good using!
5️⃣ Dermaplaning – I do this once a month. It gets rid of dead skin and peach fuzz so everything absorbs better. Skin feels smooth and you get an instant glow!

These ones offers even heating, no coatings, and will last for years. ☕ Stainless Steel French Press: Moved away from plastic-heavy coffee makers AND pods! All stainless for clean, pure coffee without any plastic taste or chemicals. 🫖 Glass Teapot with Stainless Steel Filter: Swapped plastic or lower-quality kettles. Just swapped out our old 90’s plastic blinds in the bathroom for these beautiful natural linen curtains + a simple black metal rod (both from Amazon!). We haven’t remodeled the bathroom yet, but I wanted to give it a little update. These were such a great addition👏🏻

It instantly softened the whole space and turned bath time into such a relaxing, spa-like moment. Breathable, non-toxic, and that cozy neutral vibe we love — no more harsh plastics in our sanctuary!
