W E L L N E S S \ With the new year comes new resolutions and goals. For me, meditating for 10 minutes a day is essential for my mental health. I decided to create a mini meditation space where I can zen out each morning. It’s motivated me to take the time for myself! All you need is a small area to setup your zone! I put it together with a pillow set paired with a journal, books and a crystal. I’m ready to set the tone for my day!
