When GLP-1’s began to explode, it wasn’t just that I felt frozen in my own health journey.. it was the confusion and grief that came with watching a movement that once centered body safety and autonomy suddenly feel abandoned 🙁

I wasn’t judging people for taking a different path. I was trying to understand where I fit in it all. I wanted to see health modeled in a way that felt safe, regulated, and sustainable not fast, extreme, or rooted in urgency.

Diet culture thrives on fear and speed. It tells us that faster is better, smaller is safer, and urgency equals success. But real health, the kind that lasts, has never worked that way.

For me, taking agency over my health meant choosing a slower path. One built on consistency, nourishment, movement, and regulation. A long-term relationship with my body, not a short term fix.

I’m passionate about showing that weight loss and fitness don’t have to come from fear or urgency. They can come from a place of safety, trust, and sustainability.
